On December 10, 2007 five probationary members graduated from the
Firefighter I program at the Camden County Fire Academy. When they
graduated they were given a challenge, they could select the company
they wanted to be assigned to as long as they could pass company
specific proficiency tests which included a combination of hands-on
and written tests. Throughout the year these members participated in
weekly training and weekly duty-crews. During the month of December
2008 three of these probationary members took those tests and passed
with high scores.
During the month of March, Ross Cassety passed his probationary tests, and has been assigned to Ladder 63. Lindenwold Fire Department is proud to announce the following promotions from probationary member to Firefighter:
